ICICI bank has announced major changes to the features and benefits of Amazon Pay ICICI Bank Credit Card , effective Oct 11, 2025.

1. Changes in features and benefits:

• International Forex Mark-up has been reduced to 1.99%

2. Benefits that continue:

• No Joining Fees and No Annual Fees

• Enjoy unlimited 5% cashback on shopping* on Amazon.in and travel bookings (flights & hotels) through Amazon Pay for Amazon Prime Customers

• All other/Non-Prime customers can enjoy unlimited 3% cashback on shopping* on Amazon.in and travel bookings (flights & hotels) through Amazon Pay

• 2% unlimited cashback for transactions on Amazon Pay partner categories* (login and pay with Amazon, digitally fulfilled categories and physical gift cards on Amazon)

• 1% unlimited cashback on spends outside Amazon.in*

• No-cost EMI (sitewide) on eligible Amazon.in transactions will continue**

• 1% Fuel Surcharge Waiver across all fuel outlets in India.

3. Revised spend exclusions

• Certain transactions will not be eligible for cashback:

- For transactions on Amazon.in, Amazon Pay and Amazon Partners, no cashback on transactions on gold coins, EMI, rent, tax payments and education

- For other Merchant transactions: no cashback on transactions on EMI, rent, fuel, tax, education, utilities and international transactions.
