I applied for the HDFC IRCTC Credit Card on May 10, 2025. Yesterday, the status was showing "Application Declined," but today it shows "No Record Found" for the same application number. What does it means? I didn't get any update regarding the status.

This is the common problem with HDFC Bank. The application status often shows no record found due to their server technical error. If the application is once showed declined that the application may have been declined. For confirmation mail them regarding the status mentioning the application number to customerservices.cards@hdfcbank.com.
